Delete your Sage account

Sage is used by counsellors and institution staff. Submitting your work email below requests deletion of your Sage login account. An administrator verifies and processes the request within 30 days; you have a 7-day window to cancel from within the app.

Deleted: your login profile (name, email, password) and all your sessions.

Retained (organisation-owned or required by law, dissociated from your identity): student/applicant records you handled, application and document records, assignment history, and security/audit logs.

Request received

If your email matches a Sage account, we have recorded your deletion request and an administrator will process it within 30 days. You can also request and cancel deletion from within the Sage app under Settings.
