Sage AI and Anthropic Claude
Sage AI is built on and works with Claude by Anthropic to support approved education counsellors, administrators and institutional partners with enquiry handling, lead summaries, draft replies, recommended next actions and conversation assistance.
When Sage AI features are used, relevant student enquiry details, conversation messages, lead profile information and applicable case notes may be processed by Anthropic to generate assistance or responses. This includes enquiries received over WhatsApp, which Sage may classify and respond to automatically.
Sage AI is designed for approved education agencies, counsellors, administrators and institutional partners. It is not a general consumer chatbot.
